MIKA Pharma GmbH has patented the “MIKA® -spraygel-technology” and "MIKA® -SILEC-technology" and develops dermal, transdermal, oral and buccal drug application systems on the basis of these core technologies as far as approval for marketing authorization. The developed products are manufactured as bulk and/or final products by MIKA Pharma GmbH and marketed by well-known and successful pharmaceutical companies under licence to MIKA. These core technologies allow the development of a broad range of e.g. dermally and transdermally applied pharmaceuticals with significant advantages over competing and conventional products. The product development is carried out by MIKA Pharma GmbH alone or in cooperation with other pharmaceutical companies.
